We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.
If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 0141 558 8542 between 10am to 5.30pm, Mon-Friday, or email us here. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
When retuning a product, please quote your order number as this will speed the process up.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
Any returns must be brought to out attention by email within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging and fit for resale. If the item has been used or tested then we have the right to reject the return or charge a handling charge of up to 25%.
On receipt of returned goods our returns team will inspect the product and any refund due will be honoured, less any shipping costs.
Please Note: Any item damaged in transit must be clearly signed as damaged by the customer on the delivery note. Failure to do this will result in the customer has having accepted full responsibility for any damages reported after this date. Replacement for any damaged products will have to be rearranged.
